Huawei: dedicated assistance and home repairs

To meet the needs of those who can temporarily leave their homes but they need to care for their device, you can use the service, completely free, pick-up and delivery of its devices that require repair. Smartphones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, routers or modems will be collected and taken to a service center for repair and returned to the customer’s home, with transport costs entirely borne by Huawei.

To use the service, simply register an HW-CARE account, access it and book the collection of the device. Transport costs will be entirely borne by Huawei who will repair the device in one of the authorized service centers. Once the repair is complete, the device will be returned to the address indicated at no additional cost to the consumer, depending on the warranty conditions. Furthermore, given the delicate current situation, Huawei has extended until June 15 all guarantees that end between March 15 and June 14 to allow all users to be able to use their devices to stay in touch with friends, family, and colleagues of work.
