OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro, the latest reference smartphones of the Chinese brand – which seems to want to focus significantly less on Europe -, are already receiving the second software update of their short career, with numerous corrections and optimizations.
Net of the announced cadence of security updates not in line with what would be expected from premium devices – both in the datasheet and in the price -, OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro had already received a decidedly substantial corrective update about ten days ago.
Evidently OnePlus has found other bugs and small defects of youth to fix and has already started rolling out a second update. Here is the news.
OxygenOS 10.5.5 news for OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro

This new update for OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro is already available via OTA also in Italy. If the relative notification has not yet appeared, you can download it simply by going to the System Settings and to the section dedicated to software updates
