The Redmi K30 Pro is expected to be the last flagship of the brand, following in the footsteps of the well received K20 Pro, and we’ve heard a lot about the phone so far, and the Xiaomi sub-brand has confirmed that it will arrive next month.
Redmi confirmed to Weibo (translated version) that the phone will arrive in March, although it did not provide a specific date. In addition, he also uploaded a billboard displaying a phone without a perforated camera inside the top corners. Check it out below.
This confirms that the Redmi K30 Pro will provide an emerging selfie camera instead of the K30 perforated aperture. However, there is always the possibility that they might extract Mi Mix 2S and hit a selfie camera in one of the bottom corners, given that we can’t see the entire screen. But Xiaomi is likely to return to the K20 family’s pop-up camera solution.
Other common features include Snapdragon 865 (and 5G), 64-megapixel quad-back camera configuration and 4,700mAh battery with 33W cable charging. Either way, it was identified as a worthy follow-up to the K20 Pro, but hopefully the valuable jump isn’t that big.
